What can I order?

        You can order individual prints, collage prints, a CD of all of your

        photos from an event or a license plate.  The prices are located on the

        page that you see when you click the "ORDER THIS PHOTO" at the

        bottom of each large photo view (you see this when you click a

        thumbnail/small  photo).

How do I order?

        When you view the large version of a single photo, there is a button

        at the bottom of the page called "ORDER THIS PHOTO".  Press that

        button and you will get another page where you can specifiy what you

        want to order for that photograph.  There are instructions for each

        item (individual, collage, CD, or license).  You can order one item

        or all items on that page.

How do I add photos to a collage, CD or License plate?

        Click the "ORDER THIS PHOTO" button and select a collage, CD,

        or license plate from the drop down to add the photo to that item.

How many photos can I add to a collage, CD or License plate?

        As many as you like.  But please only add one photo from each run that

        you would like to add to a CD.  I will include all of the other photos

        from that run.  If you want me to pick the photos for a collage, then

        please add one photo from each run that you want considered for the

        collage.  Be sure to mention in the instructions that you want me to

        pick the photos for the collage. See the FAQ for more information

        about ordering collages.

Can I review my order?

        Yes.  You can click the "ReviewOrder" button at the top of the

        "K9 Events" page or the "REVIEW ORDER" button at the bottom of

        each single photo page.  The Review Order page allows you to review

        your order.  You can remove any items that you do not want or want to

        go back and add to the order differently.  You can also leave this page

        and go view more photos and continue to add items to your order.

How do I submit my order?

        Once the Review Order page has everything on it the way you want,

        then click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button at the bottom of the Review

        Order page.  This will cause your order to be emailed to me and you.

        If you subsequently notice a problem or want to make a change to the

        order, please send me an email.

How can I pay for my order?

        After you submit your order, I will check it over and send you an

        invoice that you can pay with a credit card via Google Checkout.  If

        you do not want to pay online with a credit card, you can mail a

        check made payable to "Gary Campbell" to:

Do I have to pay for the order before it is sent?

        Yes.  Payment is required before I start working on your photo order.

Are there any discounts?

        Yes.  If you order within a month of the event, then you will receive a

        10% discount.

What is your refund policy?

         If you receive a print that you do not like, please contact me and let me

         know what the problem is.  If I can not resolve the problem, then you

         can return the print for a refund (less shipping and handling fees).

         The general policy for a CD is that you are buying the photographs

         in bulk and "AS IS" and therefore I do not provide a refund for them.

         However, if you you feel there are no usable photographs on the CD,

         then contact me.  I will review the CD contents with you and may

         issue a refund.
